Academic and Non-Academic Profile Affecting the Nurse Licensure Examination Performance of the Nursing Graduates of a Higher Education Institution in Davao City

The Nurse Licensure Examination is conducted by the Professional Regulatory Commission to screen Nursing graduates who will be licensed practice nursing. study aimed determine academic and non-academic profiles of respondents their possible correlation respondents’ performance. Using total enumeration, sixty-seven pioneering batch under CMO 14 s. 2009 were used as respondents. profile included Care Management (NCM), Aptitude Test (NAT), English Proficiency, Enhancement Program (NEP). covered Emotional Quotient, Otis-Lennon School Ability (OLSAT), Schedule Examination. non-experimental descriptive-correlational research design. Frequency percentage, mean, Pearson r, Chi-Square, Linear Regression analysis statistical tools employed in study. Results revealed that all individual parameters are significantly correlated licensure examination On other hand, only OLSAT showed a significant Finally, regression model obtained written NLEP = 18.139 + 0.413 (NCM) 0.018 (NAT) – 0.195 (EngProf) 0.399
